stage 3, session 6

Moving along, I see little increments in change but little change in my overall score.  But, the little changes are rewarding and it helps.  I am quite amazed I am doing this at all. I am taking a big breath and relaxing now before I do a session, it is helping a lot.

    Just wanted to get back to your question from the last post — “do others find the training tiring?”

    Yes, absolutely. 25 to 30 minutes is a very long time to focus so intensely. We’re not used to it.

    It’s perfectly fine to train for a shorter period of time if you want to build up some stamina. But it is also important to aim at sitting through a full session each day eventually.

    The intensity of the training is why it works so well.
