So, technically, I am still on my first day in training although I consider it my second since I started around 1:00am to do the first couple of stages.
Went to work feeling a little bit more focused than usual even with little sleep.
Trained for two more sessions in the evening. Found myself stopping several times to take a break. Brain too tired to think.
Helps to take a couple of minutes to refocus after each block. Found myself getting more hits doing this.
Last session raised my n-back a tenth of a point! Yay!
