6/7 325pm, day 3, stage 1, session 3

i felt nervous because i didn’t get great sleep and i was afraid i would be too tired to perform. but i went through it anyway, after 7min of meditation, and felt surprisingly focused. i even nailed n=7 finally! felt like a huge accomplishment because yesterday was tough. i had the day off work yesterday, had 1.5 glasses of sangria at dinner last night. today i woke up at 730a, ran an errand, went to the gym, had lunch, then a work call, then finally trained. not bad. n=7.05
