Session number: 26
Average n-back: 4.85
4.85 represents a new personal best…
It took 35 days to complete the 26 training sessions. That meant carrying out a training session about five days a week for five weeks. The results are somewhat impressive. In the first week of training, 2.30 was the lowest n-back average score. Today, in week five, 4.85 represents the highest n-back average score. Given that the zero point is 2.00, that means the personal best score of 4.85 is nine and a half times greater than the low score of 2.30 (0.30 x 9.5 = 2.85). That seems to be a fairly meaningful increase.Brain Fitness Pro working-memory training report.
