Feeling mentally weary at this point in the day. Bright spot was managing to reach n=9.
Training with “Nines” seems to have brought about a new, sudden boost in cognition. I’m reminded of the way that I noticed new or enhanced abilities in my day-to-day life when I first began training with Brain Fitness Pro 1.0.
For instance, I find myself typing furiously and coherently, whereas usually I would work much slower when composing my thoughts. I also sat down at the piano yesterday trying to make up for lack of practice and found a new access to old songs.
