To expand on this, the session was grueling and I finished with my lowest score for over 60 sessions… But such is the way of dual n-back. I am sure that with diligence my scores will bounce back before too long.
I’ve been training at the end of the day, after many hours of continuous mental exertion, which may partly explain the recent poor run.
