Went to n=3 four times. That is an improvement. Listened to entrainment, or what is is called now? Neuro something. Listened just before the session. Such an improvement. Ability to concentrate is much better and irritability lessened after listening. Hey, I’m 7 days in a row and holding! Very exciting for me.
