I begin to feel low, because my results are worse and worse in stead of better and better.
I think this fact makes me tensed and my performance suffer still more.
Do you have any idea about how to behave in this situation?

    Hello, Bjorn.

    You could try a couple of different things:

    1. Do some kind of aerobic exercise before training, something to get your blood flowing and your endorphins elevated. This will raise your spirits AND help your performance.

    2. Before you start to train and after each block remind yourself that the training is an exercise, not a competition. Smile. Think of the task as a game rather than a burden.

    Your scores will improve with time. I hope this helps.
