what is brain entrainment

I have a subscription to the “Pro” version, in the “SE” version there is a description of brain entrainment-what is this exactly and am I missing out on further gains by not using “SE” version? Thank you in advance for any replies!

    Hello.

    Brain entrainment is an audio session that uses a technique called binaural beats to produce a sympathetic response in the brain. In the SE version this session targets brain sharpness.

    The SE version also has meditation.

    Both of these can tools can increase the benefits of the training. They do at time to the training process — about 35 minutes for the brain entrainment and 10 minutes for the meditation.
