An improvement over last time. I find myself having trouble with n=6. Also I need to improve on my last 5 blocks. The tend to lose focus in the last quarter. Its the lost of focus rather than the fatigue that is doing me in. I need to fix this.

You seem to be saying your mental muscles aren’t tired but you can’t focus. Not sure I understand your comment.
In meditation you build up the ability to concentrate on one thing in order to eventually concentrate on nothing. Then you can take that lack of focus on anything to flex your focus muscles. I guess what I am saying is that the ability to focus is the strength to eliminate all but what you want to do.
