Hi Martin
I have been a little inconsistent for the last month or so, sometimes only training once a week. How often should I be training at this stage, and is there something I should do to make up for “lost sessions”?
Also, I am having trouble really improving at n=6. I think n=5 is ok when I am not tired. Can you give me any tips to make some progress?

Ideally you should still be training at least 4 times per week. The best way to get back on track and keep improving is to try to get onto a more consistent schedule.
