The frustrating thing is if I don’t clear level 3, I go back to level 2… arrrgghh… maybe as I exercise my mind more, it will not be much of a problem. For one thing it will definitely improve observation power and enhance the senses. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="justify;"><span style="Arial;">If not for anything else would like to take it as a challenge just to find out what the next levels are. According to me half an hour on first day is not ideal situation to comment on the usefulness or validity of this exercise.</span></p>
