Wow, this has been really inspiring. I always thought I was stupid and bypassing stage 1 and almost stage 2 on the first session makes me feel really good about myself. I think this will definitely help my confidence :)

Hi,

I really never posted on this blog because I was not making any progress or gains… But recently, I’ve made some lifestyle changes that in my opinion have contributed to great gains.

I’ve been focusing on proper nutrition and exercise and in the last ten weeks I’ve gone from weighing 250#to weighing 217# and on my way down to 190#! I’ve cut flour, sugar out of my diet and only eat a meat/vegetable and occasionally rice w/sushi/sashimi :)

I’ve been struggling with just being able to get through Stage 3/N3 for almost a year!! So depressing!

I’m most certain due to my lifestyle changes, I’ve seen this huge difference in my results; I could always get to n3 but never sustain it… But now I’ve even hit n4, and I’m more consistently hitting n3… I’m so excited and hope to make some great gains in 2012!!

I’m finally seeing some noticeable progress! Yahoo!!

Hello everyone

I am having a real difficulty with the visual part of the program. The verbal I can do almost perfectly and the visual is not too bad if I do it alone. I am stumped as to how to improve and put the two together to get some more progress.
Any suggestion welcomed.

Regards,
Jessie Nelson

Hello, I am noticing a huge gap between N=2 and N=3. I am training nearly every day during 20 minutes because 20 minutes is the time of one session and progresses seam very slow. Am I doing something wrong ?
Thank you.
