Session number: 1
Average n-back: 2.40
Duration (min.): 30+
Evening training. Didn’t notice start time – ended about 8pm.
First day of training. I thought it went ok, though I have to admit I got frustrated quite a few times. Usually when I knew I was making mistakes.
n=2 – 2 misses (both auditory)
n=3 – 9 misses
n=2 – 7 misses
n=2 – 3 misses
n=2 – 5 misses
n=2 – 2 misses
n=3 – 7 misses
n=2 – 1 miss (auditory)
n=3 – 10 misses (started to swear)
n=2 – 0 misses (made me happy)
n=3 – 9 misses
n=2 – 0 misses (happy again)
n=3 – 6 misses (not bad)
n=2 – 1 miss (visual)
n=3 – 10 misses
n=2 – 1 miss (visual)
n=3 – 7 misses
n=2 – 0 misses
n=3 – 10 misses
n=2 = 2 misses (both auditory)
n=3 I got lost often. I think I clicked way too many times. Most of my n=3 I got 7 or 8 correct but still got 6 to 10 wrong.
Tomorrow I’ll pay closer attention to my start and end time.

Hello, Shawn.
An impressive start, moving up to n=3 right away.
You mentioned that you found yourself clicking too much. I’ve also found that restraint is just as important as correct matching. Very often I move down a level through clicking too much.
