Staying quiet or speaking the series softly to yourself is more a matter of personal preference, I think. The challenge and the benefit of the training comes with staying focused.

It&#039;s not at all unusual that you&#039;re finding n=4 tough at this stage of the training. Your brain is in the process of changing to respond to the work you&#039;re doing. After a few more days n=4 will become more attainable and then you&#039;ll be setting your sights on n=5.
