  1. Stephen says:

Seriously how do you get to 8, when you first started did you ever get stuck on one level that you just couldent seem to get passed.

  2. martin says:

    Hi Stephen.

    How did the exam go???

It’s all a very gradual increase. I’ve been working at the training now since last June. At pretty much every level I think I’ve felt that I couldn’t get past it.

the test i thought went ok, i could think clearly and i think this program is working, im going to continue using it everyday, however im still stuggling on level 4, is this normal. did you have times like this, perhaps months when you couldent get past a level.

  4. martin says:

    Yes, definitely.

  5. Shaun Luttin says:

Me too. The current sticky point for me seems to be n=5.

It’s a bit like being in quick sand. The more I struggle with trying to get out of the stickiness and goop of n=5, the more I seem to sink into it. It seems a better strategy than struggling and thrashing about is to just chill out, and to get to know the territory of n=5 a bit better. It’s like quick sand – the more I struggle, the deeper I get stuck in the muck.

It’s funny how we do it to ourselves a la the Radio Head lyrics.

    Warmth,
    Shaun.
