Session 12 Avg 6.5 (many prior 19 day stints in the past)

Hello! I’ve been familiar with BFP for a long time, done around 6 19 day periods of action, through the course of abouuut 4 years? 3 might be closer. The last time I had one however was at least a year and a half back, and I wanted to start it up again before this semester of school begins. This last session was probably my best ever average, so I figure this will be a fun place to start posting and sharing. Something I noticed in my prior years has been that I would always plateau at close to 5.8, never could quite reach 6. That bothered me before, as I knew, for a fact, dammit, that was not close to where my best was at. So I’m really committing more than ever before with this session, and I can tell I am gaining some ground mentally both on and off the court < per Lebron James post game – and frankly Im very enthusiastic about it this go around.

Sometimes before, much like working out in the gym, while doing it I wondered what was even the point, or the goal, or if my heart was into it enough. The moment a question like that comes to mind someone immediately should discern that yes, it is worth it, and you need to find out why once you’re complete with your assignment. I have found that BFP in many ways gives you understanding that meditation does. You’re sitting quietly, for half an hour, focusing diligently on this mental task. It makes your brain release dopamine and seratonin (whichever it may be, I think it is both) while it reprogrammes it from the bottom up. If BFP were being advertised as a treatment for depression, I believe it could gain some serious momentum. Its like meditation that all you have to do is click start to initiate, and reap mental benefits from. Its exactly what they would need, combined with an outlet of expression (like this), or whatever else they decided on. Anyway…

The gains that we experience during this first 19 day stint I think are not completely obvious, because the brain is COMPLICATED. What I believe, however, is all of the heavy lifting, the initiation, towards a possible massive dynamic shift in our conciousness and IQ is at our doorstep once we make enough progress in BFP to feel like something has been really completed.  The veil towards a higher thinking, is lifted, (i.e. IQ is gained), and we actually have the possibility to investigate this new platform to successfully hold on to it! Isnt that remarkable??

More soon BFP champs,

John.
