Stage: 1
Session number: 1
Average n-back: 5.2
It was pretty easy at first, but became really difficult as the training progressed. It didn’t help that my husband was trying to confuse me while training, calling out random letters. I’d like to know if this is a “good” score or a “bad” one.

Dee! You reached 5.2 on your first session?? Wow!! That’s definitely a good score. I’m a college graduate with honors in my 30s, and from what I can tell from my graph, I averaged just over 4 during my first session–and there was nobody distracting me either!! Can’t believe you reached over 5 with distractions! Good job.
